Firstly, we need to know where your property is. This is why we start off with your postcode, so that we can make sure your information gets to the right one of our agents who knows your area best. The first page of our form is about your address, so they can take as much of the location into account as possible.
Secondly, we need to find out some information on your property. The more information we have from you on your property, the more accurate the e-appraisal. Keep in mind, this is being done without your area expert seeing inside your home - so you have to be honest. This is what the second page of the form is about.
Thirdly, we need to make sure you're the property owner, or what your relationship is. Sometimes the information isn't enough to go off in the form, so please don't be surprised if you get a call from our agents to gather a little more information, or to double check it. Sometimes an on-site appraisal will be required, depending on the property.
Once all this information is gathered, we send it off to the agent we have in your area, and they begin crunching the numbers. They will compile an e-appraisal for you and then e-mail it to you on your given e-mail - all without the hassle of cleaning, time out of your day, or a meeting (in most cases).
